Reset Password

Forgot your password? Here are the steps to take to reset it

These instructions only apply for users who sign in to Zinc directly. If you sign in to Zinc using Clever, ClassLink, or Google, please continue to sign in using those methods.

Teachers, Students, and Admins Password Reset

  1. Go to the main log in page: https://games.zinclearninglabs.com/

  2. Click on the Forgot Password? link

  3. Enter the email address that is associated with your account

  4. Check for new messages in the inbox of that email address for a message that includes a link to reset your password

  5. If you can't find the message, try looking in the spam folder or ask your teacher to reset your password

Teacher Reset Password for Student (Direct Users Only)

  1. Log in to your teacher account

  2. Click “My Classes” in the Left Menu 

  3. Click the name of a class

  4. Click the “Students” tab

  5. Click "Reset Password" for an individual student

  6. Enter a new password for the student

  7. Give the password to the student
