Go to the main log in page: https://games.zinclearninglabs.com/users/sign_in

Click on the Forgot Your Password? link

Enter the email address that is associated with your account

Check for new messages in the inbox of that email address for a message that includes a link to reset your password

If you can't find the message, try looking in the spam folder

Log in to your teacher account

Click on the Admin tab at the top

Click on the class name that the student is in

Find the student's name, and click on the 3 vertical dots to the far right of their row

Choose the Reset Password option from the dropdown menu

Enter a new password for the student

Give the password to the student and encourage them to change the password to something secret they will remember
