If you are a SpringBoard user, all courses and class information must be created within the SpringBoard app first.

When you create a class in SpringBoard, it will then sync with Zinc. If there seems to be a delay, you can access your Zinc account, click on the Admin tab at the top, and utilize the Refresh Roster button to update your class information in Zinc.
