Zinc Publishes Writing by Students!
Teachers can nominate exceptional student writers to be published on Zinc.
How to Submit Student Writing to Zinc
Zinc publishes original writing by teens on our “Written by Teens” article collection. If you're a teacher with a Zinc class, you can nominate student work for publication directly.
✅ Who Can Submit?
- Teachers can submit work on behalf of current Zinc student users aged 13+
- Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis
📝 What Are We Looking For?
- All genres and topics welcome: fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and more
- Work must be original—generative AI and AI assistance should only be used to improve grammar, readability, and language
- Please avoid graphic or violent content—Zinc is an all-ages platform
📤 How to Submit
Send an email to submissions@zinclearninglabs.com with:
- The student’s name, grade level, and school
- One or more writing samples as attachments (PDF or Word docs preferred)
- Optionally, include a sentence or two about why you think the work is a good fit
